For example, Camden South Capitol is right across from the Nationals baseball stadium, and Camden Pier District is a 5-minute walk from the famous Dali Museum.

Don’t want to live in an urban community? Don’t worry; we have plenty of amazing options for you! Many of our suburban garden-style communities are in sought-after neighborhoods and locations. Many conveniences such as a grocery store, yummy restaurants, and entertainment are just a short walk or drive away.

Another factor to consider is your commute to your office. How far are you willing to drive? Do you want to live close to your office, or is driving and listening to a podcast your “me time” every day? Factoring in your commute is very important in deciding on a perfect location.
