We all have our favorite places we love to go for food and shopping. Living at Camden Waterford Lakes you are less than a mile from the Waterford Lakes Town Center where there are restaurants and shops galore. These are some of my favorites!
Marlow’s Tavern is known for their scratch kitchen where everything is made fresh daily. My go to order is always the Black & Blue Steak Salad – it’s amazing! You’ll also see many diners ordering The Royale with Cheese, which is another favorite burger.
Barnes & Noble
There is nothing better then picking up a book and sitting down with a cup of coffee. You can read at their café or come back home and enjoy reading out on your balcony or in our Resident Lounge.
Target or as I like to call it Heaven. You go in for one thing and come out with 10 other items you didn’t even know you needed. Pick up some new décor for your apartment or grab some food and try a new recipe. Whatever your needs, Target has you covered.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant
Looking for a little night life? Grab your friends and head on over to Cooper’s Hawk where they have over 30 wines you can try. Once you fall in love with their wine you can bring some home and host your own wine tasting party!

If you haven’t tried these cupcakes your missing out. Miss Holly’s cupcakes are fantastic! She has competed on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars and not only won once but three times!
