1. Create a Guest List - Be sure to include an RSVP date so that you can be prepared with enough food and drinks for your anticipated guests. Sending an evite with an online RSVP option can make this easier for you!

3. How Much Vino is Too Much Vino? – If I had to answer this, the answer would be that you can never have too much! But in all honesty, you’ll want to make sure you have enough for all of your guests. TotalWine.com has a calculator you can use to estimate how many bottles you’ll need based on the amount of guests you have.

4. Select your pairings –You can write out labels of notes and optional pairings of each wine. A Cabernet paired with Gouda Cheese? Yes, please! If you’re not sure what pairs with what, there are many online tools, such as this one from FoodNetwork.com to help you out!
