Denver is a great city to live and work in, but getting around can sometimes be a hassle and parking downtown can be challenging and expensive to say the least. Luckily, Camden RiNo, Camden Belleview Station and Camden Lincoln Station provide a great solution to this dilemma by including an RTD Pass for every resident in your monthly rent! With the RTD system consisting of light rail trains and buses, you can get to most places around Denver with little to no stress.

Camden RiNo, located in the River North Arts District, is just a few blocks from the Blue “A” line, with a stop at the intersection of 38th Street and Blake Street. There are also numerous bus stops along Larimer Street and Walnut Street. With easy access to Union Station, Ball Arena and Coors Field within just a few stops, you can easily get to and from concerts and games without having to stress about parking or having to call an expensive Uber home.

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is head downtown to see a Broadway show at the Denver Performing Arts Complex or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants along 16th Street. From Union Station, these areas are only about a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride. If you’re interested in something more adventurous, Elitch Gardens Amusement Park is located right across from Ball Arena.

Ball Arena hosts far more than just sporting events, such as Monster Truck Rallies and concerts. The biggest draw by far though is cheering on our local sports teams! Ball Arena is home to the Colorado Avalanche Hockey team, Colorado Mammoth Lacrosse team and Denver Nuggets Basketball team! Getting to experience home games right in the arena is always a blast (and the food at Ball Arena is top-notch)! After a long, exciting game, being able to hop on a train home rather than fighting the parking lot traffic is always a win!

Both Camden Belleview Station and Camden Lincoln Station are conveniently located within a block of their namesake stations and access to the Red “T”, Purple “E” and Green “R” Lines. The Green line provides fast access to the Denver International Airport, with only one train change along the way. Nothing like avoiding the traffic jams along Pena Blvd after a long flight when you just want to get home and relax. The Red and Purple lines provide easy access to downtown Denver, and end at the Union Station transfer hub, where you can change trains or catch a bus to other great locations around the city!

If you are looking to have some fun on the southern side of Denver, these lines also have stops right across from the Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village for concerts or Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree for excellent shopping and great restaurants!
