Camden has communities in 15 markets across the United States! In Nashville specifically, there are three Camden communities: Camden Music Row, Camden Franklin Park, and Camden West Nashville. To transfer to another Camden in any market, you can provide a 30-day notice and pay a transfer fee equal to ½ your month’s rent if you are in the middle of your lease.
