As someone who experienced an accident that led me to restarting my fitness journey, I can tell you that it is possible to start over without all the pressure of perfection.

Restarting your fitness routine and journey isn’t meant to feel complicated. Most of the time, it is about creating a healthy routine that fits your lifestyle and goals.

One of the mistakes people make when starting over on their fitness journey is diving back in at 100%. This is not sustainable for a lifestyle routine.
