Cotto e Crudo is bringing a taste of Southern Italy to Houston. Since opening its doors in the Summer of 2025, the restaurant has quickly become a local favorite, earning praise for its authentic Neapolitan panuozzo sandwiches and artisanal wood-fired pizzas.

My experience at Cotto e Crudo was top-notch from start to finish. When my friend and I stepped up to the counter, we knew we wanted to try one of the restaurant's signature panuozzo sandwiches, but we weren't quite sure which direction to go. A friendly staff member walked us through some customer favorites and helped us narrow down our choices.

We ultimately settled on the Crudo and Maialino, with plans to share and try a little of everything. It turned out to be the perfect decision. Each sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and easily a 10/10. While enjoying our meal, we couldn't help but notice a nearby table enjoying pizza and pasta dishes that looked just as incredible. Those menu items immediately made their way onto my must-try list. One visit was enough to have me planning a return trip before I had even finished my meal.
