Go ahead and deck out your patio or balcony year-round (especially during the holiday season). And for everyone asking, Christmas decorations need to come down by January 15th, 2026.

Animals

Your pet is an extension of you, and that’s why we ask for cute photos as well as recent vaccination records to make sure everything is filed in and create that association. Thinking about adding a furry friend in 2026? Reach out so we can add your pet to your account and help clarify whether they’re a service animal, an emotional support animal, or your sweet everyday companion.

If “being a better pet parent” is on your goals list, here are a few easy wins (low-hanging fruit, if you may):

• Keep your pet on a leash while walking around your Camden community.

• Don’t leave them unattended for long periods (those fur babies miss you!)

• Always pick up after your pet. Dog stations are available throughout your community; you don’t have to worry about running out of pet waste bags.

• At the dog park, keep an eye on your pup so everyone can play safely!
