Growth – The Knox/Henderson neighborhood has steadily grown over the past 5-10 years and isn’t done yet! Various new restaurants and businesses have joined the neighborhood recently, and more are being built today. With proximity to other popular Dallas neighborhoods, including the M Streets and Lower Greenville, and easy access to the North Central Expressway, the neighborhood has continued to expand and build up.
