It’s that time of year again! Arizona may have a not – so – good rep during the summer months.  But, Arizona in the winter and spring months?  Yes, please!  Not only is the weather amazing, but there are a lot of fun events going on! Let’s take a look, shall we?

If you’re into collector cars, this event is for you! Enjoy the buzz of bidding on gorgeous collector cars.  Don’t feel like bidding?  No problem!  You can go to this event to people and car watch. Barret Jackson Auction is held January 14th – 22nd, 2017 at Westworld of Scottsdale.

PGA Waste Management Open

To be honest, I don’t know much about golf.  Want to know the best part? You don’t have to know a thing about golf!  The first time I experienced this event, I knew nothing.  Once the week had concluded, I knew a good amount.  Fun and educational!  There is a vibrant energy that swarms the TPC Championship Golf Course whenever The Open is here.  The weather is starting to warm up a tad bit, and people are networking and socializing.  One of my favorite parts is people watching.  Be sure to head on over to The Birds Nest one of those nights to listen and dance the night away to Grammy worthy music. Uber and Lyft also work with The Open to create easy flowing drop off and pick up locations. Party on!

Baseball Spring Training

Just when you thought there couldn’t be anymore events all in the same timeframe – there’s more!  Spring training kicks off all throughout the state of Arizona February 19th.  Baseball season heads straight into spring; which means beautiful weather.  Every stadium is outside where you can enjoy 75 degree weather and watch your favorite team.  There are many stadiums all throughout the valley for your liking.

Weather you live in Arizona or afar; there is something here in the valley of the sun for everyone.  Us Phoenicians are a bit spoiled when it comes to events held in the winter and spring.  What we love even more? For people out of state experience what made us fall in love with our beautiful state! So come on over, if you live at one of our California Camden communities, you’re only a short drive away!
