There is a new fitness craze everyone has been talking about called Aerial fitness. I didn’t think anything about this High Flying Fitness trend until a friend of mine had been going to AerialSilks for about a week and urged me to go with her. So I made an event out of it and we made it a #CamdenGood team building night!

At first we were a little scared but we put on a brave face and went for it!

Your first work out is to try and lift yourself and hold for three seconds. You don’t realize how out of shape you are until someone asked you do hold yourself up.

Then suddenly you are air borne doing a Dead Arm Hang!

At this point our arms were so tired! But we “hung” in there.

And then we Hung sideways too!

We had a blast at AerialCLT and will definitely go again. Eventually, we will be able be like Katy Legrand and Amanda Swilley who have been going for about a week.

So if you’re looking for something different in your everyday fitness routine or you just want to have a fun night with your friends or AerialCLT is a great place to start.
