It’s no wonder why Camden decided to add their 13th Charlotte location in this area!  

Camden NoDa will feature studio - 3 bedroom apartment homes in addition to townhomes with two different finishes to choose from. Some of the amenity spaces will include a rooftop lounge, a yoga and spin room, and several courtyards to relax and unwind. And yes, they are pet friendly - this community will come equipped with a dog park and can allow up to two pets per apartment home!

CoWork by Camden

In 2019, Camden opened an eye-catching 24/7 workspace designed to meet the needs of every working professional in the Queen City. The location could not be more ideal; it’s rooted right next to one of Camden’s newest communities, Camden Gallery, in Charlotte’s popular South End neighborhood. The light rail station is a short walk away, and the area is surrounded by shopping and restaurants, making this area ideal for group work. 

Inside the building, the boutique coworking space offers a conference room, private hush booths, and even a podcast studio! There are several different memberships to choose from, or you can purchase a one-day pass to get a feel for the space. Tours are easy to book online, and the website gives more insight into what it’s like to be a CoWork by Camden member. Even better - current Camden residents receive a 10% discount!
