At Camden, your pets are family too! We welcome cats and dogs, up to two pets per apartment home. Call us with any pet-related questions!

Pet Fee: $300 per pet (non-refundable) Pet Deposit: $200 per pet (refundable) Pet Rent: $20 per month per pet

Restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive. Additional Restricted breeds: Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher. Please refer to leasing office for more details.

Parking Policy

We'll save a spot for you! We offer one parking permit per registered vehicle with a designated area for visitor parking.

Detached garages are available to rent for $75 per month and carports are available for $35 per month.
