South Austin

There are numerous golf and disc golf courses, dog parks, and lake and river access conveniently located nearby. Camden Gaines Ranch has direct Greenbelt access from the community and is only 7 minutes from Zilker Park.

Camden Stoneleigh, Camden Shadow Brook, and Camden Cedar Hills are surrounded by new bars and restaurants, drawing Austin residents deeper south. The Far Out Lounge and Sagebrush are go-to spots for live music with a dive bar feel and ample backyard space.

For those looking for something upscale with great walkability, Camden Rainey Street is the community for you. Walking distance to Downtown Austin for shopping, dining & entertainment and only minutes from Lady Bird Lake hiking & biking trails.

If you're looking for something more laid back but still close to the action, check out Camden Lamar Heights. It is located in the colorful and quaint North Loop neighborhood. You will find an eclectic mix of folks, numerous thrift shops, and coffeehouses.
