Your monthly water bill will also be posted to your account ledger in this portal, and you can submit service requests online 24 hours a day. Now if you're submitting an emergency maintenance request (such as no heat, A/C, etc), I definitely recommend calling rather than submitting the request online. What other tips can we offer?
