Camden Lincoln Station will be the newest addition to Camden’s Colorado communities, and our first Lone Tree apartments. Coming to Camden in October 2015 as a Regional Marketing Director, I feel like Camden Lincoln Station and I have a lot in common – we are both in development, need to meet high expectations, and have a lot going on around us.
Because of that, it was rather meaningful to me to visit the construction site for the first time a few weeks ago. It was just bones at that time, but it was easy to see it taking form, making out where walls will go, kitchen islands, and of co urse the views.

THE VIEWS! The Lone Tree Community sits on a slight hilltop and will have a direct sight of sunsets over the jagged horizon of the Rocky Mountains, casting vibrant colors and designs in the twilight sky. The floor plans at Camden Lincoln Station will be diverse, appealing to many types of personalities and expectations. Some will have the loft-style feel as if they were in LoDo, and there will be plenty of open spaces, fit for chasing pets or kiddos around.
Another great aspect of Lincoln Station lies in the name – it is on the front steps of the RTD Light Rail station, which feeds anywhere along I-25 and deep into the downtown Denver, including the University of Colorado at Denver and the University of Denver. With a new track that will lead to the Denver International Airport, life at Camden Lincoln Station can lead to anywhere you want to go!

Just like my new career here at Camden, I am very excited for Camden Lincoln Station and everything it will offer. I see all the investment and attention going into it, and can’t help but draw the parallel to my own start here, with an amazing team nationwide helping me learn how to succeed, and building me into a strong presence that will benefit our mission of Living Excellence for years to come!
To all of Camden, thank you.
