I Paid Myself to Move

So moving can  be a lot of work so why not hire people to do it for you? That's what I did and my experience, well... My husband and I were moving from our wonderful (http://camdenliving.com//?cm_mmc=SM-_-Blog-_-Denver-_-I Paid Myself to Move) apartment to our brand new house. I thought I did enough research and found the right movers and I was wrong. The movers were supposed to show up at 9am on Saturday so we waited and then waited some more. Around 9:30 I decided to call to find out what the hold up was. I was told that the truck had a flat tire and we'll need to wait for it to be fixed, 2 hours they said. So we waited. Around 11:30, I got a phone call and I was told that it would be another 2 hours. We already had plans for things to be hooked up at the new house so my husband stayed behind and I went to the house. The movers showed up around 1:30 and got to the house by 2:30. As I opened the door thinking finally they're here, I see my husband and one of the movers pretty much do all the work as the other mover just stood there. Lets say that I was beyond furious. I wasn't paying my husband to do the work, I was paying the  movers. So in actuality, I paid the movers to do the work but my husband ended up doing most of the work so since we're married, I guess I paid myself to move. After all of this, I was doing some research about moving companies and came across some websites that will help you select better and more qualified movers: http://www.mymovingreviews.com/ http://www.Yelp.com http://www.movinghelp.com http://www.angieslist.com  These websites do help when it comes to moving companies. So when you're moving into your new (http://camdenliving.com//?cm_mmc=SM-_-Blog-_-Denver-_-I Paid Myself to Move) Home; check out these sites. BUT IF ALL HOPE IS LOST.
