The S-A Contemporary Floorplan

The S-A floorplan is a contemporary studio that lives like a compact 1-bedroom. What sets it apart is its handicap-accessible design, which includes thoughtful features such as lower countertops, side-by-side laundry, sliding closet doors that maximize space, lower sinks, and an accessible shower head.

The S1.2 Modern Floor Plan

Experience modern living in the S1.2 studio at 535 square feet, this floorplan feels spacious, with white quartz countertops and gray vinyl-style floors throughout. Standout features include a barn door for the sleeping area and two exterior storage closets on the patio. Though it doesn’t have a kitchen island, the layout offers ample space for cooking and personalization.

S2.2 Modern Floorplan

My personal favorite, the S2.2, is a reversed version of the S1.2 floorplan. What makes this one special are the little details: you’ll find a petite, horizontal window in the sleeping room and an additional window in the living room, which really brightens up the space.

The S3.2/S5.2/S4.2 Modern Floorplans

For those who want the comfort of studio living with even more breathing room, the 602 square-foot S3.2 floor plan is a fantastic choice. With extra closet space and a walk-in shower, its thoughtful design allows you to create defined areas for dining, lounging, and sleeping. Just like the S3.2, the S5.2 is an incredible floorplan, but with a unique twist! This layout features a slender, floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom, a fun and much-needed addition since the sleeping area with a barn door typically has no windows at all. If you love this layout but crave more natural light, the S5.2 is the one you’ve been looking for.

If you’re looking for a dramatic living space, the S4.2 is a must see. While the interior is the same as the S3.2, this layout trades a patio for massive, 13-foot floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that take your breath away. This floor plan is incredibly rare, Camden North End only has two of them, and their west facing position is perfect for watching stunning, larger than life sunsets.

S3.2A Modern Floor Plan

The S3.2A is a stylish, modern studio located on the first floor. This floor plan is handicapped accessible and features no carpet. Key accessible features include lower countertops, a convenient walk-in shower, and a sliding door closet for ample storage and easy access.
