Chandler, Arizona, is a beautiful, family-friendly city tucked in the heart of the East Valley. Chandler can often be overshadowed by its neighboring hotspots, such as Scottsdale and Phoenix. Those who take a closer look at this vibrant city realize that it is more than just a suburb; it is a city full of hidden gems!

From its charming and historic downtown filled with local eateries, boutique shopping, markets, and festivals, Chandler offers experiences that surprise and delight. It’s also home to two stunning Camden communities: Camden Chandler and Camden Pecos Ranch. Our residents enjoy the best of both worlds, modern living with access to unique local adventures.

Whether it is stumbling upon locally owned restaurants, finding a new hiking trail or experiencing a cultural celebration, the city has so much to offer. Chandler is quickly growing in activities and opportunities, but can still hold on to its local colors. This is a balance that many of our residents and other Chandler locals love.

  • Veterans Oasis Park: An escape into nature with trails for walking, horseback riding and a variety of native desert plants and wildlife.

  • Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch: A lake located in Gilbert, Arizona. The Preserve has fishing lakes, recreational activities and educational programs.
