Recently, our team members in Austin were asked to volunteer for a committee that welcomes new employees to the Camden family.  I thought this sounded like a fun and rewarding experience so I decided to help.  Some of my coworkers and I drove to one of our communities in town and gave a Camden-themed gift basket to our newest employee, Alexandra.  We had the opportunity to introduce ourselves and to learn more about Alexandra, and her genuine appreciation for our visit was great to see.  For me, thoughtful gestures like these are part of the reason we are currently number seven on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For (a list we have occupied for five straight years).  If you are interested in a position with Camden, please visit the careers tab on our website.
