Camden is committed to helping our communities, residents, and team members. One of the ways we support this initiative is through our Camden Cares efforts and giving back to the communities where we live and work. We invest in and support those in need and give back to those who have given so much to us in every community we serve. Our Florida and Georgia teams have been busy volunteering at some fantastic organizations recently.

Covenant House Georgia

Our Atlanta teams showed up and worked hard at Covenant House Georgia. Covenant House is pivotal in the community to help youth experiencing homelessness and escaping trafficking. Not only do they provide a bed and a warm meal, but they also show unconditional love and support to our youth when they need it the most. From creating a space for kids to hang out outside to the community's overall beautification, our teams lent a hand to this fantastic organization.

Feeding Tampa Bay

Over 80 people showed up in Tampa to volunteer at Feeding Tampa Bay. Feeding Tampa Bay’s mission is to end hunger in Tampa and its surrounding counties by providing immediate access to nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts, and transforming lives through innovative programming and education. Our Tampa team sorted a whopping 415,989 pounds of food, which equals 13,324 meals created for our communities. Together, we will redefine what it means to feed Tampa Bay by creating even more pathways to possibilities.

South Florida Beach Cleanup

Our team gathered on a gorgeous Florida morning along the shoreline for a beach cleanup in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Armed with gloves and bags, our team removed plastic debris, fishing lines, and other waste that threatened local wildlife and marine ecosystems. Not only did we restore the natural beauty of the beach, but also a shared sense of purpose. It was a day of teamwork, sunshine, and proof that small actions can lead to big waves of improvement.
