At Camden Grand Parc every day is #Caturday at our dog-free community! We welcome cats only, up to two per apartment home. Call us with any pet-related questions!

Pet Fee: $500 per cat (non-refundable)

Pet Rent: $50 per month per cat

Parking Policy

We have a valet parking garage for our residents! Parking is per vehicle based on size: a sedan is $225 per month and an SUV is $250 per month.

Residents may choose to park on the street instead of purchasing a garage parking space.

Residents can obtain a parking space for visitors for $15 per night.
