At Camden Grand Parc, your pets are family too! We welcome cats and dogs, up to three per apartment home.  

Pet Fee: $500 per pet (non-refundable)

Pet Rent: $50 per month per pet

Breed Restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive.

Parking Policy

We have an automated parking garage for our residents! Parking is $260 per month per vehicle.

Residents may choose to park on the street instead of purchasing a garage parking space.

Residents can obtain a parking space for visitors for $15 per night.
