Never Stop Learning is one of our values at Camden. We want to help our Camden team members achieve their higher education goals. No waiting to turn in your grades and get reimbursed; Camden will provide $4,500 a year up front for all approved college courses.
Not only will Camden help you with your education goals, but we help cover college tuition for our team members’ children. If they are pursuing an undergraduate degree and are accepted into the scholarship program, they will receive up to $4,500 as well!
Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) Program

Participating in the Employee Share Purchase Plan allows all team members with at least three months of service to purchase shares of Camden at a 15% discount and become company owners.

Our contributions are designed to build your financial security, matching the first 2% of annual contribution and 50% of the next 5% contributed.
