We conducted focus groups and surveys from real apartment searchers across the nation to customize the site with YOU in mind!

3. Self-schedule tours: As soon as you’ve narrowed down the apartments you are interested in most, what do you want to do next? Take a tour! The self-schedule tour feature on camdenliving.com makes it easy to find an available date and time as well as select the tour type that suits you best:

• Self-Guided: Camden’s easy-to-navigate self-guided tour experience lets you tour like you live here with limited contact.

• Team Member: A Camden team member will guide you through a tour of the community.

• Video: Use your smartphone to connect with a Camden team member on Facetime or Skype to tour from your location.

4. Similar Apartments Nearby: Sometimes, you think you’ve found the perfect apartment community, but Camden could have another community nearby that is just as perfect for you. Camdenliving.com now shows you apartment homes at Camden communities near where you are searching that are very similar to the apartments you are viewing in case you would like to expand your search.

5. A Customizable Quote: We take the guesswork out of your monthly rent total by introducing a customizable quote. Now, you can adjust your move-in date, lease length, and the number of pets and watch your total monthly rent change to your monthly total.

6. What’s Inside Your Apartment: Showing the interior features of each apartment is not new to camdenliving.com. We gave it a fantastic upgrade by displaying them side-by-side with the 360 tour of the floor plan so you can see a complete picture of the apartment that interests you.
