In 2010, Camden Property Trust held their annual Managers Leadership meeting.  Leaders from across the country gathered, as we do every year (Check it out here on youtube.com  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtFxQeJvdd0 ).   Last year however, we had a feeling.....we somehow managed to put together a suprise for Ric Campo, President and CEO, and Keith Oden, President of Camden Property Trust.  Leaders from across the country who did not one time practice together as a whole team in one place, performed the MOB dance to the Black Eyed Peas - I've got a feeling.   We set the tone for the year with this performance, and made it an outstanding year to say the least.   While living the Camden Values, we had fun!  During one of the worst economic times since The Great Depression, we lowered rent rates and put programs in place to protect our residents, such as the Job Loss Accomodation Program, we did the right thing and took care of our customers.  Today, it was Ric and Keith's chance to suprise all of Camden.  All Camden Associates who worked with us in 2010 arrived to work to a message from Ric and Keith.   Our amazing company outperformed our budget as a whole - and Ric and Keith had a feelin'... The Camden Feeling....
