

I am a firm believer that some foods are better the next day - pasta, pizza, and TURKEY. That being said, after a day (sometimes days) of gorging on Thanksgiving foods the sight of another turkey-and-sides combo can be far from appealing and using up all of those leftovers in different ways can be a challenge. To get you started, here are a few recipes to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers in every meal of the day.
