Savor the Avenue
Corner of US-1 and Atlantic Avenue The excitement of our new upcoming Boca Raton location was all I needed to initiate one of my many explorative excursions. Camden Boca Raton is going to be one of South Florida’s newest luxury apartment communities located just a stone’s throw from the bustling Mizner Park. While Boca Raton is amazing and luxurious in its own right, about seven miles north of Boca Raton is a quaint little “village by the sea” called Delray Beach. Delray is one of my favorite locations in South Florida and is home to numerous award winning restaurants, spas, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. On Thursday March 28th 2013, the City of Delray Beach hosted one of the biggest communal dinner events in Florida, Savor the Avenue. During this culinary dream event, guest had the incredible opportunity to enjoy delectable prix fixe menus paired with some of the finest wines in all of foodiedom, on one three block long communal style table. Menus were compiled by some of the city’s finest restaurants and lounges. Among the top notch brasseries were modern steakhouse (and my favorite) Cut 432, trap to table restaurant Linda Bean’s Maine Lobster, one of Delray’s finest Italian diners Solita Delray, and many more. It was spectacular! Not only was the event aesthetically appealing but participating also made me feel really warm and fuzzy as the event gave $5 for every reservation to the Office Depot Foundation which strives to make a positive impact on families and communities. Palm Beach County hasn’t seen the last of Camden as we are excited to bring Living Excellence to Boca Raton!
