There are a multitude of holiday events and light displays across Nashville and the Middle Tennessee area. Many are just a short ride away from your Camden community. Check out three local favorites below!

1. Holiday Lights at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens

You can venture on a one-mile stroll through the gardens, with more than a million sparkling lights surrounding you. Stop to see the 28-foot Pixel Pine Tree, grab a hot chocolate or a seasonal beverage to enjoy, or roast s’mores for a sweet treat. Cheekwood’s Historic Mansion is also open during the Holiday LIGHTS festival, allowing you to check out the festive decorations by Laura Dowling, a former Chief White House Florist. In the Frist Learning Center Great Hall, visit the Holiday Marketplace for gifts galore and one-of-a-kind mementos.

Combined with delicious holiday cuisine, holiday shopping, and all your favorite holiday characters – Charlie Brown, Santa, etc. – you won’t want to miss ICE! and all the enchanting décor that can be found at Gaylord Opryland during the holiday season. Nightly, there are fountain shows and special performances, making multiple visits to Gaylord Opryland during its transformation into a holiday wonderland totally worth it.
