Located on Camden Rd, Camden Gallery is the newest addition to the Charlotte Camden communities! Today is a great day for the Camden family! Today we welcome the opening of another sister property located in the heart of South End Charlotte. Camden Gallery's opening has been an excitement for us all. To celebrate it all, I sat down with the Community Manager of our newest addition, Janette Hendershott, to find out more about this gem of a community.

Look at these apartments! Just beautiful! Tell us a little bit about Camden Gallery as a community. What are the interior styles going to be like? "Camden Gallery will have 323 apartment homes.  The interiors of the apartments are a top of the line, modern rustic with chrome hardware, tiger striped cabinets, grey oak floors, white snow quartz countertops and mosaic marble backsplashes.  Each home will also have under cabinet lighting, open concept living and USB ports along with noise reducing technology between the floors."

"Gallery is located in the heart of Historic South End. Having a “main street, USA” feel, we are walking distance to pretty much everything you could need; restaurants, boutiques, the pharmacy, breweries, art galleries, etc.  Located on the Rail Trail and the East/West light rail stop, center city is at your fingertips too.  When you live at Camden Gallery, you essentially live in the center of everything South End."

With retail space galore, this community will have a few really cool places to shop and eat! Camden Gallery is a large property, complete with retail spaces. Tell me a bit about the retail space and what you know about it so far: What retail attractions will you have attached to the building? Any restaurants? "So far, 3 retail spaces are leased.  Blaze Pizza should be opening in April 2016.  Blue Hem, an upscale denim boutique and Ultra Running, a lifestyle running store, are also slotted to open in the spring."

The Gallery team put in time and effort to show their community some love With so much new construction in the South End neighborhood and Charlotte as a whole, what sets Camden Gallery apart from the other new construction properties in the area? "Camden Gallery was designed with the neighborhood in mind.
