After countless apartment tours, you found the perfect apartment in the best location and are moving into one of our fabulous Camden communities!

Once you've moved into your beautiful apartment, you can’t help but wonder, “Now that I’m here, how do I maintain it?” It can be tough assimilating to a new area, and adjustments can take time. To make this transition as easy as possible and provide the best customer service, Camden communities invite residents to our exclusive resident portal, MyCamden. MyCamden is a resident’s ultimate tool to streamline their day-to-day interactions with their Camden community. Here's how:

Submit Service Requests

One of the best uses of MyCamden is to input service requests. Our maintenance teams are the backbone of our communities and the cornerstone of Camden’s service. From items as small as replacing light bulbs and blinds to replacing a refrigerator or dishwasher, our technicians are here for you. They are available 24/7 for emergencies as well. If you have an emergency and need direct assistance, dial your community’s main phone number to be directed to the Emergency Maintenance line. Our technicians are some of the most skilled in the industry, and your home is in great hands.

Pay Balances Online

MyCamden allows residents the unique ability to pay their rent online and control the amount, date, and recurrence! Be careful, though! Many payment methods are allowed; however, using one of the credit companies, such as VISA or Mastercard, will generate a transaction fee that can range up to $70.00 per transaction, resulting in you being charged to pay rent. The best method to use is E-Checking. By selecting E-Checking, the prompts will have you enter your bank account number and routing number. This will make it so that your payment will be pulled directly from your bank account with no additional charge to you through the credit companies.

Reserve an Amenity Space

Looking to throw a birthday bash? Have a bridal shower coming up and nowhere to host it? Well, look no further, Camden has got you covered! Our Camden communities have many amenities and resident-lounge areas that are openly available for all to enjoy regularly. Residents also have the freedom to reserve these clubroom areas to host events through MyCamden! Simply have a zero balance with your community, describe the event, pick the perfect date, and submit your reservation! Each community has different amenities available for different price points, so be sure to check with your local leasing office with any questions you may have!

Engage with Your Fellow Residents

Using the MyCamden Activity wall to make posts is one of the app's biggest functions. This wall functions a lot like a Facebook wall, where residents can post and comment, some are looking to sell gently-used items, others are sharing events or things happening nearby. It's a great spot to get to know your neighbors online! There are multiple subcategory Groups to join, like Sports, Movies, Music and more. Explore your options and engage with your community!

Print Guest Parking Passes

Do you have a friend coming over who needs a visitor parking pass? Well, MyCamden has you covered! Click on the Parking Pass tab to generate your own 24-hour pass in your home! Make sure you have your visitor’s make, model, and license plate number, and you’ll be good to go! Guest parking is a breeze at Camden! Residents, please remember that this is reserved for guests only.

Camden is dedicated to maintaining a superior level of customer service consistently. Whether you are new to the Camden family or a tenured resident always on the go, MyCamden is always here to help you get the most out of your Camden living experience! You’ll love it just as much as we do!
