Meet the Team:

Dr. Hagan Dooley

Dr. Dooley grew up near Chicago and earned his veterinary degree from the University of Missouri after studying Animal Science at the University of Vermont. He then completed a general and surgical internship in Seattle, where he gained extensive experience in orthopedic, soft tissue, and laparoscopic procedures. Driven by his passion for surgery and a desire to offer high-quality care at fair, accessible prices, Dr. Dooley founded his own veterinary practice with a strong focus on advanced surgical services.

Dr. Julie Nelson

Dr. Nelson is originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois, and earned both her Bachelor's and Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois. After moving to Colorado, she completed a specialty rotating internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. As a general practitioner with a strong interest in orthopedics and surgery, Dr. Nelson has advanced training in procedures like TPLO and MPL repair, as well as soft tissue and laparoscopic surgery. She enjoys the variety and challenges that come with general practice.
