Mentor Program

At Camden, we do everything we can to make sure new hires hit the ground running. One of our most effective methods of doing this is our Mentor Program, which matches a new hire with an existing Camden team member who can show them the ropes. A Camden Mentor shows a new hire around our facilities, exposes them to what our culture is about, and answers any questions they have as a newbie. Keith Oden (President) said it best, "Sharing their job-related experience with each new associate and those newly promoted, mentors serve as a cultural ambassador by sharing Camden’s core values and unique culture. They play a vital role in ensuring their colleagues experience Camden as a great work place.”
