Pet and Parking

Pet: We welcome cats and dogs, up to two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply - American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive.

Pet Deposit: $500 per pet (refundable); Pet Rent: $50 per month per pet

Parking: We'll save a spot for you! Reserved parking spaces are $75 each. Visitor parking is available in the retail parking garage.
