Pet & Parking

Pet: At Camden, your pets are family too! We welcome cats and dogs, up to three pets per apartment home, limited to two dogs, with no weight limit. Restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive. Call us with any pet-related questions!

Pet Fee: $325 per pet (non-refundable); Pet Rent: $15 per month, per pet

Parking: Get the perfect spot! We have ample non-reserved parking spaces for our residents and visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reserved parking spots are available for $25 per month; Detached garages are available for $125 per month.  *Townhomes include attached one-car garages.
