Mozart's Holiday Light Show
This light show extravaganza began November 17th and will run through January 1st at Mozart's Coffee Roasters. This year the coffee house will have more than one million LED lights sculpted into objects that evoke Austins culture and the Christmas season such as the State Capitol and in honor of Austin being the Music Capital of the World, guitars. Enjoy a hot chocolate and coffee while overlooking beautiful Lake Austin!
Trail of Lights
This holiday tradition began in 1965 as a "Yule Fest" and in the past 52 years has grown to be a Austin community tradition at Zilker Park! It hosts over 40 displays, 2 million lights, and countless holiday activities to help you & yours creat Holiday memories! The Trail of Lights will run from December 9 - 23. Feel free to help feed the hungry by bringing a can of food with you to the event - 'tis the season of giving! Ice Skating on the Whole Foods Plaza in Downtown
What can feel more like the holidays than ice skating with loved ones? While Austin may not have the typical winter weather, ice skating on the flagship store Whole Foods rooftop will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit! This must-do for locals and visitors alike is open from 10 am - 9 pm and is open now through January 15th, 2018. It costs $10 per person and includes the skate rental. Bring friends and create this warm holiday memory!
