International Day of Happiness; 15 Ways to be Happy Now
March 20th is the International Day of Happiness. Coincidentally, it's also the first day of spring. Here are 15 things you can do to be happy right now.
1. Adopt a pet

2. Deliver some happiness
Bring some flowers to a new neighbor, or buy a friend a cup of coffee
3. Learn something new
Attend an art class or learn a new language.
Check out your Camden fitness center, do some laps in the pool, or take in a walking trail.

Or take five. Take a moment to just breathe and center your thoughts.
6. Try something new
Try a new restaurant, ride your bike to work, or try a yoga class.
