Pet Policy

At Camden, your pets are family too! We welcome cats and dogs, up to three pets per apartment home with no weight restriction. Call us with any pet-related questions!

Pet Fee: $500 per pet (non-refundable)

Pet Rent: $30 per month per pet

Restricted Breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive.

Parking Policy

Get the perfect spot! We have ample open parking in our parking decks for our residents and their visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.

We offer one parking space per lease holder at $25 per month; additional spaces are available for $25 per month.

Reserved parking is available for $40 per month. Detached garages are available to rent for $130 per month.
