The city of Aventura name originates from the Spanish word for ‘adventure’. There are so many options for adventure when you live in our waterfront apartment community with our very own marina.
Our one, two, and three-bedroom apartments feature unique floorplan layouts with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer, screened patio/balcony, and much more. Need to work from home? Our floor plans have a dining room area that can easily be converted into a home office! Detached garages are also available to keep your land vessel in the shade during the Florida summers.
Enjoy the fabulous amenities at Camden Aventura. Relax in any of our four swimming pools and cook a few burgers on our nearby grills for your friends or family. If you are a fitness enthusiast, you might like to play a game on our tennis court or get a workout at our fully-equipped fitness center. Do you like exercising outside? Aventura's Country Club Drive Circle; a horticultural three-mile walking/jogging paved promenade that overlooks lakes, opulent yachts, and the Atlantic Ocean is easily accessible for your daily run.

Your bay window provides intercoastal water views and world-class yachts. Reserve a slip of your own and have easy access to your boat. Slip rental is open to our residents and the public, so please inquire about pricing and availability.
Award Winning Schools
The Aventura City of Excellence School is an award-winning school that was ranked in the top 10 of all schools in Florida. Children who live in Aventura are given admission preference and the grade cap ensures the school will never be overcrowded. The Florida “A” Rated, Aventura Waterways K–8 center is a public school for all Aventura residents that you kids will love! Dr. Michael Krop High School is the high school and the Florida International University: Biscayne Bay Campus is approximately 5 miles from our apartment community. Temple Sinai Early Childhood Center is just down the road and is a great school to send your 6 month to Pre-K children.
Your Pets Are Family Too
Our community is pet-friendly so bring your four-legged friends to our private off-leash dog park to have fun!
We welcome cats and dogs, up to 3 pets per apartment home, with no weight limit. Call us with any pet-related questions!
Pet Fee: $500 per pet (non-refundable)
Pet rent: $35 per month, per pet
Restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive.
