Camden will pursue acquisition opportunities within its core markets. In addition to these markets, Camden may consider acquisition opportunities in other markets where a critical mass of assets may be assembled. Camden typically acquires assets on an all-cash basis; however, we will consider assumption of existing financing.
We complete a detailed analysis for each potential acquisition opportunity by evaluating its financial and operational viability and assessing its expected return on investment.
