Acquisitions


Camden will pursue acquisition opportunities within its core markets. In addition to these markets, Camden may consider acquisition opportunities in other markets where a critical mass of assets may be assembled. Camden typically acquires assets on an all-cash basis; however, we will consider assumption of existing financing.

We complete a detailed analysis for each potential acquisition opportunity by evaluating its financial and operational viability and assessing its expected return on investment. With this research and analysis in hand, our team of financial, construction, leasing and management specialists apply Camden's stringent criteria to ensure that each acquisition will add value to our portfolio.
